Return Policy: Products purchased at SugarMe will be accepted for return if unopened and in original undamaged packaging. Discounts received on original purchases will not carry over to the new product if you wish to replace a previously purchased item.
Cancellation Policy: Your reservation is very important to us and we understand things come up which would require a cancellation or reschedule. We are here to help and will gladly make amendments to your reservations. We request at least 24 hours notice when possible, less than 24 hours does not ensure enough time to offer these spaces to other guests hoping to visit the spa. Please understand our estheticians are prepared to serve you and this charge is to protect them and cover their time. We appreciate your understanding.
Explanation of Charges: If your reservation is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. If you miss a scheduled appointment without giving any notice you will be charged 75% of the total services scheduled. We do our best not to make changes to or cancel reservations with us. In the event we need to cancel or move your reservation in less than 24 hours, we will award your treat card account with the equivalent of 50% of the service total.
